Bookings
Bookings are subject to change due to instructor availability and adverse weather conditions. We will endeavour to inform you of any changes that are necessary prior to your visit.
All Under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian if taking part in a licensable activity. (kayaking, canoeing, stand up paddleboarding, outdoor rock climbing and abseiling, orienteering, raft building, hillwalking, stream scramble)
Please make sure you inform the DC Outdoors of any amendments to the equipment or instruction that you have pre-booked. You will be charged for the full booking unless a cancellation or amendment is received (please read section regarding cancellation)
Cancelations
Cancellations must be made in writing (or email) 14 days prior to the date of the visit. Cancelations between 30 and 15 days before the visit are subject to a 50% cancelation fee. Cancellations within 14 days of the visit are responsible for the full payment of the booking. Rescheduling constitutes a cancellation and a rebooking for the purpose of the terms and conditions. Management may choose to wave the fees at their discretion.
Behaviour
We expect All participants to respect the staff, the equipment and other customers during their visit. To behave in a way that does not endanger yourself, other participants and the instructor. If this is not the case you may be asked to leave by the instructor, No refund will be given. It is also expected that you will be sober, anyone the instructor demes not fit to participate due to alcohol or drugs will not be allowed to take part and will not receive a refund.
Family Adventure days
For the Family adventure days offer to be valid there must be a minimum of 2 members of the same family and at least 1 parent and child. Where a child is under 18 that child must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. The price covers 2 adults and 2 children/ 1adult and 3 children. All additional participants will be charged at a subsidised day rate.
